On behalf of myself and my staff, we welcome you to our office. We appreciate your selection of this office to serve your Podiatric needs and will do all that we can to provide you with the very best of care.

In order to best provide for your needs, we have carefully compiled the information contained in this section. It will answer many of your questions regarding our office policies and methods of practice. Our office staff works together as a team - we take great pride in our training, knowledge and capabilities, and want you to share in our confidence that we can provide you with the best care for your foot and leg problems.

Payment Policy

Our office is always happy to assist in filing your insurance claims for you. However your insurance company is responsible only to you, the beneficiary, and requires your follow up if your claim is not processed in a reasonable amount of time.

Although we accept assignment on most major insurance companies, you the patient are responsible at the time of service for any deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and non-covered services, as per your individual contract.

If your insurance company does not have benefits in your policy to cover your claim and rejects coverage, or only pays a portion of the claim, the balance is your responsibility. Should this occur, you will receive a statement from our billing office.

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.
